Terms and Conditions of the service.

Welcome to Quick Point, a QR-based Point of Sale (POS) application designed to help small businesses manage billing, inventory, and sales efficiently. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Quick Point mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using Quick Point, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quick Point app, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into agreements.
  • Will use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Quick Point reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Quick Point provides businesses with tools for:

  • QR-based product scanning and billing
  • Sales and transaction tracking
  • Inventory management
  • Customer engagement features
  • Business reporting and analytics

Quick Point is intended primarily for small retail shops, non-GST stores, and small businesses looking for a simple POS solution.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Quick Point may offer paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Payments will be processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, or other approved payment providers.
  • Subscription fees may be recurring depending on the plan selected.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store or payment provider.

Quick Point reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the application
  • Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful content
  • Use the Service in a way that harms Quick Point or other users

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Quick Point is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Data Accuracy and Business Responsibility

Quick Point provides tools to assist businesses in managing sales and inventory. However, Quick Point does not guarantee the accuracy of financial records. Businesses remain responsible for tax compliance, accounting, and legal reporting. Quick Point is not a substitute for professional accounting advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Quick Point app, including software, branding, logos, interface design, features and functionality, are owned by Quick Point or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the software without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Quick Point may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, analytics tools, and cloud services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Quick Point is not responsible for third-party service performance or policies.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Quick Point available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or third-party service disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Point shall not be liable for business losses, data loss, revenue loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

12. Account Termination

Quick Point may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting support or deleting their account through the app.

13. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the Service at any time to improve the platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the service provider operates.
